North Katoomba residents braved an unseasonwarm & fuzzy 2ably warm winter day to come img_0673-sendand experience the warm and fuzzy fun at Katoomba North Public school. warm & fuzzy

Participants were able to dye some wool,have a go at spinning and afterwards relax in the Warm Room with a snack and a drink while the children made colourful bags, learnt spool knitting and made woolly sheep.

It was a great opportunity to stock up on very stylish beanies and scarves, and to talk to Transitions Blue Mountains about ways to make our homes warmer. A photo collage made on the day shows all the participants wearing their favourite beanies.Lookwarm & fuzzy 3 out for ‘That Warm and Fuzzy Festival 2010’ next June.
